The service
Swerved Stack is a business application that centralizes and integrates data from sources you connect.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to violate any applicable law.
Customer data
You retain ownership of the data you provide and connect. You grant Swerved LLC the rights needed to operate the service for you.
Intellectual property
Swerved LLC owns the Swerved Stack software, brand, and related materials.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swerved LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
Either party may terminate access in accordance with the applicable service agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
